Only Customer name is required — every other column is optional, and any you leave out are simply skipped. Capital letters in the headings do not matter. Dates must be DD/MM/YYYY (e.g. 15/03/2024); one bad date blocks the whole file. Include a Ref column to keep your own reference numbers, otherwise records are imported without one. Imported records have no job history — service records must be added manually after import.
